One of the most fun decks I have ever made in my life, the main goal of this deck is to discard cards for their madness cost...then throw them at your opponent after paying their madness cost. Remember, this deck doesn't work unless you throw the cards at your opponent.

The Creatures

1. Heir of Falkenrath  : amazing madness triggerer (that is a word), can be used for combat tricks.
2. Falkenrath Gorger: ensures that everything that can be thrown, will be thrown.
3. Incorrigible Youths: amazing heavy hitter card, never hardcast it.
4. Insolent Neonate: it looks weak, but in early game it is great, espiecially because it can be activated turn 1
5. Ravenous Bloodseeker: another great card, is a madness source in time of need. Many don't like it, but I found it to be awesome.

The Rest

1. Stensia Masquerade: makes all vampires a whole lot stronger, great card
2. Nahiri, the Harbinger: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CARD!!! This card is pretty much a necessity to have.
3. Tormenting Voice: card throwing plus card draw= :)
4. Fiery Temper: basically Lightning Bolt, never hardcast
5. Lightning Axe: great removal for this deck
6. Alms of the Vein: solid card, may remove this for Transgress the Mind

I am considering adding Olivia, Mobilized for War to this deck, as it is lacking end game options and is really just an early game deck. I know the instants and sorceries are a bit lacking so I am focusing most efforts there. As always, upvotes and helpful comments/suggestions are always appreciated :).
