Dashing through the field,
On a mighty steed
Over the fields we go
Killing all the way.
bells on fort hill ring
making spirits rise
What fun it is to ride and scream
A slaying song tonight.
There you go your welcome the national battle song of the Mardu/ Kolaghan tribe.
Okay Serious note, going be trying this out for tonight's FNM Looking for help and tips. Here's what I got so far.
The Horde
Warbringer
The inspiration for this deck. Not a huge cost and makes Dash cheaper. Which can be a very fun and amusing mechanic if you haven't tried it yet. General Idea get one on the board permanently and keep it their. The other ones can Dash. for cheap.
Sprinting Warbrute
Building a dash deck with a
Warbringer
focus, this dude is a must. 5/4 for 2CMC
Ambuscade Shaman
Any creature come's in with a +2/+2 sounds good to me. This creature comes in for +2/+2 so its a 4/4 right off the bat and if
Warbringer
is out for 2 CMC. Sounds good.u StrikeBlood-Chin Rager Cheap cost and forces foes to block with 2 creatures.
Madru Shadowspear Guaranteed 1 damage per attack possibly 2. Cheap damage each turn and easy turn one.
Mardu Strike Leader Dash and extra guys to block on your turn. 3 damage and cheap dash.
The Battle Plan
Start with getting
Warbringer
and
Ambuscade Shaman
on the field and Dash you heart out for cheap and big damage.
The Spells of the Horde
Mardu Ascendancy Each time a creature I control attacks 1/1 Goblin. Great for Defensive guys. These will add up quick.
Outpost Siege Choose dragons in this case. Every time a creature of yours dies or exits the battle field cause Dash ends you deal damage.
Impact Tremors Damage to opponent whenever a creatures enter the battlefield under your control. Token creatures from Mardu Strike Leader, Mardu Ascendancy or things coming in with dash.
Foul-Tongue Shriek
Damage based off of how many creatures I have on the Board. And all for only 1 swamp.
Hero's Downfall Kill creature you know is gonna cause you a problem.
Radiant Purge Well just exile instead. A little friendlier I guess.
So Hope you enjoyed please add your ideas to the comments below, or feel free to change or make your own rendition of the song. If you enjoyed please +1.
