I am still new to legacy and have only gone to a few legacy tournaments. I have another tournament coming up in a couple of months and would like to make the deck a bit better. What are some changes that I can make to this deck to make it better?

I don't have much of a budget currently. In the future I will be working to acquire a Sword of Fire and Ice, 2 more Wasteland , and hopefully a Bayou.

Being new to legacy, I am not 100% sure of the local meta. Here are some of the decks that I have seen:
