This deck is made to bounce creatures for their etbs to control the battlefield and get the opponent topdecking with discards. Eventually, I set up Rooftop Storm and Conspiracy to cast my creatures for 0. This is accelerated thanks to Dark Ritual. I can usually get by with 20 lands, since once I set up the combo, everything becomes free. Once that happens, it's a very brief time before free creatures + altar of the brood mills them out. Sidraxis Alchemist can even accomplish this without Conspiracy out.

Any input is appreciated, though budget is limited. Particularly, I am hoping to get some advice on rounding out the curve, generating more mana to get the enchants out earlier, and finding a balance between consistency and versatility.
