This started off as a effort to splash blue into B/W tokens for Geist of Saint Traft and Treasure Cruise and has evolved some what into a B/W tokens planeswalkers "super friends" build.
For the planeswalkers Narset Transcendent brings the deck added card draw with 34 other spells it could potential target in the deck. She also work well with Windbrisk Heights when she reveals a card you'd rather cheat into play than cast from your hand. Plus brings the ability to rebound (Discard, Removal, or Token spells). Sorin, Lord of Innistrad Provides additional token generation when the board is empty and can create an emblem for times when you have token on the board and want to do additional damage. Liliana of the Veil can act as additional edict for removal as well as away to force your opponent into top deck mode.
Planeswalkers under consideration are Elspeth Tirel for additional life gain, token generation and the ability to board wipe while leaving tokens in play. Elspeth, Knight-Errant was in the deck to support Geist of Saint Traft currently the majority of the tokens would be fliers so she's out of the mix. Gideon Jura is also interesting in that it would bring an alternate win condition other than tokens as well as bringing added creature removal. Sorin, Solemn Visitor I'm on the fence about with replacing Sorin, Lord of Innistrad. Visitor is great when you're ahead in the board state but times when the board is empty it fells very lack luster. This makes me think if you're ahead in the board state it feels more like a win more card.
Serum Visions was added for improving card filtering as well as helping with Windbrisk Heights and Narset Transcendent. Snapcaster Mage is nice in the early game for recasting discard or removal and in the ate game can bring back more tokens. Raise the Alarm may eventually become Bitterblossom.
Windbrisk Heights is in place to help cheat in Planeswalkers as well providing some fun as combat tricks with Zealous Persecution and Intangible virtue. Vault of the Archangel While I'm loath to tap 5 into vault very often it has helped recover from low health and kill off blockers enough times that I'll keep it. Fetid Heath has been nice for filtering black mana into white for casting Spectral Procession.
Zealous Persecution I like as a combat trick to keep your tokens alive while killing blockers. It's also been good as a turn two removal in a pinch and has done well at being a counter spell to Forked Bolt or Electrolyze targeted at tokens.
Dismember could also be Smother etc but there have been times where with only one mana open it's worth the 4 life to kill something the turn it comes into play. Supreme Verdict is there as general reset plus it and Zealous Persecution are good as non targeted removal.
A card I'd like to get into the mix with Narset Transcendent's rebound is
Esper Charm
but there really isn't anything I want to cut for it at the moment.
