Intruder Alarm is a very "8th-edition" card. This is my best attempt at abusing it.

With the manaslivers turning all of your creatures into dorks, combined with Dormant Sliver, any creature will untap the team and draw a card, letting you keep going for as long as you have creatures to play. This either lets you mill your opponents deck in a single turn with Screeching Sliver or more commonly kills the opponent through Firewake Sliver and/or Rhonas's Monument. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker goes infinite with Intruder Alarm.

Mothdust Changeling is played instead of Virulent Sliver for mana reasons (all 1-drops are blue). Eldritch Evolution is mainly for making a 1-drop into Firewake Sliver or 2-drop into Dormant Sliver (the sideboard Trophy Mage aswell). I've decided to build the deck more aggressive with Rhonas's Monument with less focus on the combo, as it tends to fail against removal. The manabase is not built (just a budget base atm).

Sideboard is not done yet: Chameleon Colossus against black decks (grixis Death's Shadow for example) as a finisher they can't interact with (it's a sliver aswell). Diffusion Sliver replaces Venom Sliver in matches where that is relevant. Trophy Mage is brought in along with Ensnaring Bridge and/or Cloudstone Curio (the latter one is for grindy matchups to generate extra card draw).
