Sideboard

Aggro/Mid Range Deck: use Collected Company to overwhelm your opponent's board at instant speed!

The deck is fast enough to be resilient against the super aggro atarka red decks. For this kind of matchup you want to resort to spells like Drown in Sorrow, and Dromoka's Command (if possible, wait until you can prevent burn damage and have your creature fight one of your opponent's), Warden of the First Tree and Sorin, Solemn Visitor might become your best friends! Ultimate Price might also help remove quick treats like Goblin Rabblemaster. Bring in Hornet Nest to stop your opponent's early creatures as well. A similar strategy works against Heroic decks, except you probably will want Hero's Downfall instead of Drown in Sorrow.

Against the Esper BUw matchup the deck is builtin with enough speed to avoid reaching that end-game state where BUw is pretty hard to beat. You want to keep a quick hand at the start (two and three drops). In this case you will want to hang out with Collected Company, specially after the first Crux of Fate wave. As a side board I bring in Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Ajani, Mentor of Heroes, Hero's Downfall and Crux of Fate (if you see they are playing the dragons).

The toughest pairing will be against RG dragons or Green devotion decks because of their huge creatures. For this kind of game you want to take a more controlling position bringing in all removal spells. Try giving your Deathmist Raptor s extra value by having them fight with Dromoka's Command (which can also get rid of those annoying Courser of Kruphix). Abzan Charm is a nice card draw spell that can server as a removal spell as well. Once Elspeth, Sun's Champion is out it will hopefully clear the board and the remaining Collected Companies might give you and edge advantage once the dust has cleared.

On the mirror match, or against any kind of abzan deck, Ajani, Mentor of Heroes is pretty amazing, you also want to bring in Elspeth, Sun's Champion (if they are not playing the aggro version), Hero's Downfall and Crux of Fate . Some abzan decks use Brimaz, King of Oreskos which you can take care of with Ultimate Price.

A nother version of this deck uses Brimaz, King of Oreskos, but it is pretty hard/inconsistent to bring him down on curve, specially due to the double White, to make that work the deck would need x4 Mana Confluence, but I am hesitant on that because of the constant damage caused, I would add a Sorin, Solemn Visitor MB if going through that route.

EDIT:

I have been playing in a more aggroish meta and I've found much useful to have these changes:Remove Boon Satyr and replace with Hornet Nest this is awesome when your opponents swing at you and a Nest comest out of a Collected Company. On the side board, I have changed x1 Hornet Nest for a third Den Protector. I avoided the 4 Nests because removing the Satyrs made the deck a bit weaker against control, and I use Den to compensate for that.

Also, having x4 Dromoka's Command and x3 Abzan Charm is also pretty helpful.
