The goal of the deck seems like it should be to get the commander out and then force your opponents to draw cards and suffer for it. Basically I want to make playing painful. Not sure about the win conditions as of yet but it's probably just begin mutual suffering and then try to provide yourself ways of suffering slightly slower than everyone else.
