Mono-blue is back in business, baby.

Focused on using the Cycling mechanic along with Contingency Plan and Winds of Rebuke to get Cryptic Serpent out as soon as possible. The ideal hand for me is usually T1 cycle Censor or Hieroglyphic Illumination, T2 Baral, and at that point a large portion of your deck costs only U.

So far I've had consistent victories versus other control decks, even beating out Aetherworks decks (before the ban), the big issue this deck struggles with anything aggro that I can't out control. GB Counters and RW Vehicles are its biggest bullies.
