So here is my mono blue, it runs pretty well.

The obvious win condition is Master of the Waves and it keeps a pretty good card advantage if things are going well. The Thassa, God of the Sea and Jace combo is nice if the game gets into the later games.

I really wanted to find a spot for Polymorphist's Jest and Curse of the Swine I think it really hurts devotion decks. If you can pop off a few flyers or the Frostburn Weirds you can then turn all their creatures into 1/1's and board clear for your turn. That's pretty much the main goal.

SB needs a little work. I have Mizzium Skin because my meta group runs so much removal and Tidebinder Mage to compete against agro red decks.
