I found mill decks hard to win with because people tend to target you due to the poor perception of milling. I figured that while I mill you, I also need to keep you from playing cards to begin with (discard) and when you do play a card, I counter it or destroy it later. This deck is very light on creatures and heavy on sorcery and enchantment spells.

I'm not sure this is the best way to victory, but I so far have a ~20-30% win rate with this. It often makes the other players upset because the game can become stagnant for them if I'm able to get several enchantments and artifacts out that essentially prevent you from casting creatures with any real effect. This was made mostly with cards I already owned, so there may be far more efficient paths to this strategy.

Thanks for looking at it!
