A prison deck that uses Manabarbs to drain an opponent's lifetotal until they cannot afford to do anything at all.

Manabarbs also damages you, so Runed Halo and Personal Sanctuary prevent that damage. Boros Signet and Talisman of Conviction also let you generate mana for less damage.

Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety tax attacks, and Suppression Field taxes activations. Eventually, the opponent might not be able to pay for either.

Palantir of Orthanc either gives you card advantage or costs the opponent life that they cannot afford to lose. Hitting Emrakul, the Aeons Torn can lead to wins from out of nowhere.

Wish has a variety of uses:

• Roiling Vortex to prevent lifegain
• Stony Silence against decks that can make mana with artifacts
• Hall of Heliod's Generosity as a land, which works especially well with Out of Time
• Sunscour as a 3 mana cost board wipe
• Shrapnel Blast, Boros Charm, and Lightning Helix for direct damage. Even if the damage doesn't get your opponent to 0 life, these cards can still be effectively lethal if they prevent the opponent from being able to afford to cast removal.
• Extra copies of Runed Halo, Personal Sanctuary, Out of Time, and Palantir of Orthanc

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn provides inevitability in games where you don't find Runed Halo or Personal Sanctuary. It triggers reshuffles for no mana cost, giving you the win if you are as locked out as your opponent.
