I know the deck is at 101 cards. It's because I got an additional alternative art version of my commander. Who said you can have a mill deck with Heavy hitting U/B with devastating combos and extra turns. pretty much everyone. But this deck defies all odds and mananges to roll with the best of them. Mana is the biggest issue with it's very high cost cards, so you should use the removal power of the commander to hold off until you can start the big plays such as the Enter the Infinite and Omniscience combo
