This deck is for shrinking down your opponents creatures into tiny 1/1's, then hitting them with one damage or a -1/-1 debuff, destroying them instantly. That and chipping away at their health with lots of little faerie flyers.

It's my second attempt at a diminishment deck, hence Diminishing Returns.

Trying to keep this both close in price to the Card Kingdom battle decks, as well as being a fair opponent for them.
