This is the current iteration of a deck modeled after a deck Gerard Fabiano took to a top 8 back in 2015. Original deck list can be found here: http://www.starcitygames.com/article/30421_Sultai-In-Modern.html

It has the general game plan of trading resources until it can push ahead in later games. Much like it's GBx relatives, the deck relies on discard through inquisition and uses Tarmogoyf as a big beater. However, this iteration of the deck is more focused on card advantage, hence the blue instead of white or red.
