You know when people tell you "You have that "aura" about you...". Well. This is that phrase the deck! Welcome to W/U Aggro Aura! A deck built around using heroic and aura's to defeat your enemies quickly, averaging around turn 5 wins, with the occasional turn 4 wins!
The superstar of this deck is Kor Spiritdancer and her amazing ability where she gains +2/+2 for every aura attached to her, and her other ability when you play an aura you can draw a card, and it only costs two mana! Such value.wow! Combine this card with the assortment of low costing enchantments such as Ethereal Armor,
Holy Strength
, and Aqueous Form and you can get a 16/18 by turn four!
Kor Spiritdancer has some friends too, though.
Lagonna-Band Trailblazer
and
Battlewise Hoplite
tag along with her just in case you don't draw her early. Both of these two are also low costing and can just as well score you a turn 4 win with good draws.
Lagonna-Band Trailblazer
is a great one drop. You can either make it your win con and buff it up, or use it as an early game blocker! Great one drop.
Battlewise Hoplite
is value 10/10. Everytime you enchant it it gets +1/+1 counter and you get to scry? VALLLUEEE!!
Now for the enchantments! Battle Mastery gives your things double strike and that can wreck everything. Combine it with Aqueous Form for an unblockable double strike! Great! Daybreak Coronet is also a very powerful enchantment for two mana. The only downside is it can only enchant a previously enchanted creature. BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER because your things will always be enchanted unless you really screwed up or something. :/
But Rosa! What if my creatures die!! D: you might ask. Well, I've got an answer!! Always have a creature card in your hand for stand by! None of them cost more than two measly mana so playing them down won't be too terrible!
What if it gets into late game? Well...
Auramancer's Guise
will give your creature +2/+2 for every aura it has attached to it. It's basically Kor Spiritdancer as an enchantment. Minus the amazing card draw aspect, of course. But it's still great!
One of the best combo's for this deck for a turn four win is the following....
Turn 1 - Plains or IslandTurn 2 - Plains and Kor SpiritdancerTurn 3 - Plains and Aqueous Form and Ethereal Armor onto Kor Spiritdancer (It's not a 6/8 unblockable) Swing for 6Turn 4 - Battle Mastery onto Kor Spiritdancer Swing for game! (It's a 9/11 with double strike and unblockable. Swing for lethal!)
And that's only one of the ways to win turn 4! I've won at turn four with
Battlewise Hoplite
as my only creature!
Needless to say this is a pretty consistent deck and it's very fun to play.
SIDEBOARD
You can substitute
Battlewise Hoplite
or Heliod's Pilgrim for Fiendslayer Paladin if you need to.
