Inspired Thievery (Standard MTG Deck)

This deck was inspired by Raphael Levy's GTA and Kevin Crimin's Esper Inspired. Both of these takes on the concept are super fun, and I'm hoping to focus on the idea for a while and make a competitive deck out of it.
