Trying to kill our opponent as quickly as possible by using evasive prowess creatures and cheap pump and cantrips.

Creatures: There aren't many viable prowess creatures in standard right now, we run almost every good one: Stormchaser Mage and Elusive Spellfist are our best creatures, Abbot of Keral Keep is great for it's pseudo card draw and nice if we can give it evasion.

Pump: Titan's Strength is the gold standard buff card, 1 red for 3 power and scry. The extra toughness combined with prowess can help save a creature from damage based removal. Slip Through Space gives us card draw and makes a creature unblockable. Expedite is similar. Infectious Bloodlust is one of the best cards in the deck, providing a permanent buff to the power of a creature, giving it haste, and replacing itself should the creature die. Also helps buff Uncaged Fury, which I consider our win condition. Play it on a creature of even reasonable size and you're looking at 10-16 unblockable damage.

Other spells of note: Fevered Visions speeds up the game. We need card draw more than our opponent, and them taking damage is also nice. Getting two of these in play can force control decks to overdraw into discarding while killing them fast. Jori En, Ruin Diver gives us card draw and is another creature to attack with. Casting two spells per turn is trivial in this deck. Dispel is run in the mainboard since the only things that can hose this deck are instants. None of our creatures cost more than 2-3 and we rarely have that many out, so most sorcery speed removal isn't that effective on us. Also, we can use prowess triggers and toughness granting spells to buff our creatures out of kill range of things like Languish. The thing we are really scared of is instants. Engulf the Shore after you're cast two buff spells will probably lose you the game, as will Ultimate Price. For one blue, Dispel saves your behind.

Sideboard:

This deck is afraid of exactly one creature: Reflector Mage. Horribly Awry comes in against any deck running them. Also counters annoying flying/reach creatures that can block out Stormchaser Mage. Goldnight Castigator is a powerful card that comes in if the opponent doesn't have a way to deal with flyers, or any deck that doesn't seek to end the game by attacking you.Fiery Impulse comes in against decks with fliers or other annoying creatures. Spell mastery is pretty much always on in this deck, so this is basically a lightning bolt on creatures. Village Messenger   comes in against decks you know don't have early plays. Unfortunately, you'll probably be flipping him back pretty often, but a 1 mana 1/1 haste is still alright. If you notice your opponent is running a ton of annoying non-instant disruption you can board in some Negate. Enemy planeswalkers are usually very bad news for this deck, and this gets rid of them nicely.
