This deck uses the surveil mechanic to grow early threats like dimir spybug or thoughtbound phantasme in conjunction with a nice dose of tempo control and a bit of removal. Thief of sanity and circu, dimir lobotomist give your opponent the feeling that there cards slowly become more useless to them and oumore useful to you. In the end this deck tryes to take away anything your oppone t can do late game and with a lower curve it has the ability to do.
