So when I first looked at Tidewater Minion I was amused at the idea it could tap/untap itself repeatedly. I pictured a breakdancing elemental rolling on the floor. And then I decided I wanted to exploit it.

So, it begun.

I eventually found a card which gained from permanents tapping/untapping in Wake Thrasher, all I needed was something like... Fling? So, UR deck it was.

BUT!

THERE IS ANOTHER! (insert Yoda face) Aphetto Alchemist was a quick addition as were Thud and Illusionist's Bracers

Who else likes to be untapped? Well, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Arcanis the Omnipotentof course! But if we play Kiki in a UR deck how can Deceiver Exarch and Zealous Conscripts not be in? Then I was deciding what commander to go with, and Nin, the Pain Artist sounded cool but, having the opponent draw wasn't really interesting. On the other hand Stuffy Doll and Brash Taunter making us DRAW AND PINGING opponent? That sounds AMAZING. So this is how the deck came to be.

There's loads of hidden/not so hidden combos.

1. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts or Deceiver Exarch + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker for infinite hastey tokens
2. Tidewater Minion + Wake Thrasher + Fling Huge wake trasher in your opponent's face
3. Izzet Boilerworks + Pemmin's Aura + Tidewater Minion infinite red mana
4. Freed from the Real + Izzet Boilerworks + Tidewater Minion infinite red mana
5. Illusionist's Bracers + Tidewater Minion untap everything infinite times (comboes with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Stuffy Doll, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Isochron Scepter, Staff of Domination, Arcanis the Omnipotent and possibly Nin, the Pain Artist) part of this can be done with Aphetto Alchemist as well
6. Blasphemous Act + Grafted Exoskeleton + Stuffy Doll , Brash Taunter works as well, instawin
7. Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter untap every permanent, possible infinite mana as long as we have mana dorks for 3 mana. Add in wulshok sorceress for infinite damage, or... no I'm not gonna list all the "tap" creatures in the deck!
8. Nin, the Pain Artist + Stuffy Doll draws for us, damage for the opponent! YASS BABY

There's probably more I'm not noticing right now, I'll add as I go.

Muddle the Mixture is a must, as it fetches us Aphetto Alchemist, Isochron Scepter or its spells, Illusionist's Bracers

I love the fact that Tidewater Minion helps us untap Mana Vault as well!
