Feed them hydras! Revolves around hydras/tyranids, magus Kane, and X-coat effects on hydras. Food chain and squee / misthollow / scourge included for two card combo infinite mana for x cost hydras.

Magus Kane as commander for that sweet, sweet duping. I originally made this with Surrak as commander to make sure hydras and food chain combos stick, he can still be swapped in as commander if your pod has a counter spell heavy deck in it.

Play like a mana ramp. Wait to cost X cost cards until either Magus Kane can dupe or you have enough mana to trigger ravenous on the tyranids. Save bounces and resurrects for maintaining the combo cards, also fun for zoanthrope and walking ballista.

Needs more draw and tutor. I'm happy with the turn 1-8 playtests. Will be looking at low cost draws and scry creatures for future edits.
