Sméagol is a very unique commander. I am unsure how it will go, but I plan to have effects that give me stuff when things get milled, as well as a good Sac outlet. Maybe steal stuff from graveyards too.

Cards:
Kodama of the East Tree + Scute Swarm + Golgari Rot Farm

Requires:
Kodama of the East Tree must be on the battlefield. Scute Swarm must be on the battlefield. Golgari Rot Farm must be in hand.

Steps:

  1. Play Golgari Rot Farm.
  2. Kodama of the East Tree, Golgari Rot Farm, and each Scute Swarm trigger.
  3. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, not putting anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
  4. Resolve the Golgari Rot Farm trigger, returning it to your hand.
  5. Resolve each Scute Swarm trigger, creating a token copy of Scute Swarm if you control six or more lands, or a 1/1 green Insect creature token otherwise.
  6. Kodama of the East Tree triggers for each token that entered the battlefield.
  7. Resolve all but one of the Kodama of the East Tree triggers, not putting anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
  8. Resolve the last Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Golgari Rot Farm onto the battlefield from your hand.
  9. Scute Swarm and Golgari Rot Farm trigger.
  10. Repeat from step 4.

Steps:

  1. Play a land card, triggering Dúnedain Rangers and Rampaging Baloths.
  2. Resolve the Rampaging Baloths trigger, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token.
  3. Resolve the Dúnedain Rangers trigger, causing the Ring to tempt you, and causing the Beast token to become your Ring-bearer.
  4. Sméagol triggers.
  5. Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing the Beast, causing you to scry 1.
  6. Resolve the Sméagol trigger, causing an opponent to reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a land card, then causing you to put the land onto the battlefield tapped under your control, and your opponent to put all other revealed cards into their graveyard.
  7. When the land enters the battlefield, Dúnedain Rangers and Rampaging Baloths trigger.
  8. Repeat from step 2.

NOTE: This combo can be stopped if an opponent runs out of lands in their library, so it is recommended to alternate opponents in between cycles to maximize the amount of iterations.
