This is my more budget friendly version of hateindigital's Temur(RockLobster) Deck.

While this deck plays many fringe cards, it also has many ways of winning. Such as:

Scuttling Doom Engine + Shrapnel Blast This combo allows the Scuttling Doom Engine to smash in for 6 then sac it for Shrapnel Blast to do 11 more (5 from Shrapnel Blast and 6 from Doom Enigne's death).

Ensoul Artifact + Ornithopter or Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact for either a 5/5 flier or a 5/5 indestructible as early as turn 2.

Scourge of Skola Vale + Yasova Dragonclaw steal your opponent's threats then feed them to your Scourge instead of returning them to your opponent.

Life's Legacy + Yasova Dragonclaw steal your opponent's threats then sac them to refill your hand.

Scuttling Doom Enigine + Scourge of Skola Vale Attack with your 6/6 Doom Engine, then when your opponent targets him with removal sac it to your Scourge so their spell fizzles, they take 6 damage from Doom Engine's death, and your Scourge gets bigger.

Life's Legacy + Scuttling Doom Engine same as above except you grow you hand instead of your Scourge.

Elvish Mystic, Kiora's Follower, and Generator Servant are in for ramping and utility (such as haste from Servant and untap from Follower)

Twinflame for double the fun.
