This deck was inspired by acquiring a foil Finest Hour. Rafiq of the Many EDH, with the intention being to get Rafiq out quickly and punch for 21 commander damage as fast as possible. The card selection and aesthetic are a tribute to the playstyle of my friend Oz

A good line of play is turn 1 Noble Hierarch, turn 2 Lightning Greaves turn 3 play Rafiq of the Many and swing for 10 commander damage, turn 4 play Finest Hour and swing for 30. Other lines can substitute Sol Ring or a signet for acceleration, and substitute Sovereigns of Lost Alara + Eldrazi Conscription for finest hour.

I'd consider Swiftfoot Boots as a Lightning Greaves replacement (in order to run both) but I'd have to cut something else from the deck. An earlier version ran Might of Oaks for the instant +7/+7 to make Rafiq lethal, but it got cut for more consistent cards less vulnerable to removal. Let me know what you think!
