Self-Mill, then reanimate with Nethroi for value. 0 power creatures are free, so they are the best to have, but otherwise, low power high impact creatures like Elesh Norn are what you want. Cards like End-Raze Forerunners/Decimator of the Provinces and Pathbreaker Ibex with a big board are your win condition cards, along with Concordant Crossroads to do it all in a single turn. Other mutate cards are useful to trigger Nethroi multiple times without recasting from the command zone or hand, while also giving value of their own, such as Boneyard Lurker.
