round 1 sneak & show
opponent punted game one by dazing his only island with city of traitors in play. he managed to eventually resolve show, he put out emrakul, i put out mutavault. he was at 14 life and with mutavault i had 13 on board. topdecked a lord, he dazed into cavern to turn off islandwalk but i still had lethal. g2 he got out sneak after winning a counter war over pyroclasm and had emrakul to wrap it up. g3 he pyroclasmed again and resolved show. he flipped griselbrand and i flipped gilded drake for the win. 2-1
round 2 bug delver
g1 i curved out with caverns into tnn and opponent scooped when he tried to stifle phantasmal image's replacement effect. g2 my cosi's trickster got abrupted, opening up chalice next turn. left with cavern and mutavault as lands, i topdecked a sweet basic island and slowly assembled 3 lords and a vault against two drs and a 3/4 goyf clock for the win. islandwalk is a thing. 2-0
round 3 rug delver
oh boy more delver. g1 i reslved tnn off cavern. my opponent was manascrewed and had no plays but bolting a lord and cantrips. g2 tried to race two 4/5 goyfs and didn't quite make it, got rough/tumbled too. g3 got three mutavaults wasted after landing chalice and eventually topdecked a sweet basic island again and whipped out three lords. opponent scooped when i value dazed his ancient grudge for my chalice. 2-1
semifinals junk veteran
no islandwalking. ended up getting my hand cabal'd out and lost to fatties both games. not an easy matchup. opponent went on to lose to omnitell in the finals, which i think would have been a cakewalk for me. oh well 0-2
