A deck for one of my favorite bosses in a game. I've included as many ways to increase your attacks in a turn, a ton of swords and artifacts (reminder that suspend cards cost 0 for the sake of 'cost equal to or less than x'), another TON of spells to help facilitate card draw and countering/removing permanents and spells incoming to Tetsuo. True Voltron, true creatureless (though I debated if Reality Chip would break my gimmick and came to the conclusion: bit > gameplay so that got nixed). Truly probably mid but let's see if the gimmick prevails!
