Sideboard

Death and Taxes build for upcoming tournament. Only thing I was thinking of changing mainboard is dropping the smuggler's copters for a third mirran crusader (from the sideboard) and the fourth restoration angel. Sideboard wise I am open to any and all suggestions, here is a general overview of each sideboard card's role.

Sunlance: Removal spells 4 and 5. Comes in for heavy creature based matchups such as humans, burn, elves, coco decks and such. It is also possible to come in for matchups such as storm which rely on a few important creatures that we have to have an answer to.

Stony Silence: Of course this is important for the two big artifact matchups, Affinity and Lantern, but also has some utility against opponets such as GX tron, KCI combo, Ad Nauseam, Walking balista decks, thopter sword/tezzarator, and also sometimes the mirror/humans as well as merfolk. Usually these will replace the vials in the main.

Relic of Progenitus: Our main form of graveyard hate that also can draw cards! The main question is why do we run relic over rest in peace? I prefer Relic because duplicates cycle whereas RiP is redundant. The other reason I prefer it is because it comes down a turn earlier therefore it interferes with out main gameplan the least and we can curve it into a more proactive sequence in which we are forced to be less aggressive.

Grafdigger's Cage: Our second form of graveyard hate that can also come in against chord/coco decks. It is in someways more narrow than Relic but also a little wider. This comes in against dredge, mardu reanimation, snapcaster decks, storm and coco/chord decks. Sidenote, this does not stop Whirl of Invention because it only stops creature cards from entering from libraries, artifacts are fine.

Mirran Crusader: This card is a complete house against any GBx deck. It blocks goyfs, Tasigur, and anglers infinitely. It rounds out the two copies in the main to give us a few more points in these matchups.

Burrenton Forge-Tender: Bolt completely wrecks this deck and here is our protection from it. It has a lot of other utility as well. The protection from red makes this a wonderful anti-burn card. It's sac ability stops Ad Nauseam dead in its tracks. There are a few tricks to know when playing this card. The sac ability prevents any red souce and does not target. It can stop and eidolon trigger, prevent a hit from Progitus and a host of other things. Comes in against burn, Ad Nauseam, Jeskai, and any deck running bolt/other red removal.

Ethersword Canonist: Contrary to previous storm builds we have a weak storm matchup due to their 8 copies of Electromancer and this card can give us a leg up in that matchup. This spot in the most flexible and they float in and out of the sideboard. Other matchups in which these can come in are Jesaki, snapcaster decks, living end, Ad Nauseam and any deck that has a combo that revolves around multiple artifact spells a turn.
