Cromat seems like a fun general for $10 EDH. The entire decklist, excluding Cromat, should be under $10.

I noticed that a lot of land-search would become useless late in the game, so Psychatog, Trade Routes, Land's Edge, and others are included to make use of the extra land cards.

Play style should be very control-ish, but this deck will avoid causing frustration by locking down the board.

Cromat is obviously the big finisher here; the deck is very low on creatures, and those that are present are mostly very small. While this means that there are fewer blockers, removal and damage prevention make sure this isn't a problem.
