Got the idea for the deck from Quest for Ula's Temple. The intent is more to be ridiculous by only having kraken, leviathan, serpent, and octopus creatures (and Sigiled Starfish) than to be competitive, though I'd like it to be as good as possible given the theme and being a budget deck.

The mana curve is wonky, but Quest for Ula's Temple will hopefully address that.
