This is a combo deck build, trying to do a lot of mana with mana rocks to use Nin ability to kill her and draw a lot of cards. The win condition is some classic combos in edh.

INFINITE MANA

Isochron Scepter, imprint Dramatic Reversal + Mana Rocks (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and others)

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth + 2 mana.

WHAT TO DO WITH INFINITE MANA?

You can draw your intire deck with Nin, the Pain Artist, Kefnet the Mindful or Staff of Domination (infinite life to) and win with Laboratory Maniac.

You can use Walking Ballista to destroy your opponents.

Use Capsize to be an asshole.

You can "storm" with Aetherflux Reservoir on the battlefield to gain a lot of life and kill your opponents.

You can use Paradox Engine + Mana Rocks (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and others) + Isochron Scepter imprint any instant to cast that spell infinite times. (Like Brainstorm, Lightning Bolt, Cyclonic Rift, and others.)
