new take on the U\B control shell focussing on Silumgar's Scorn (aka Counterspell).

With the number of dragons suitable in the control role this seems like a very promising deck.

The only dragon im sort of on the fence about is the Icefall Regent, with its 3 toughness dies to a Lightning Strike. However costing 4CMC and maybe being counterd takes up their turn so we shall see how it plays in practice.

the new Dragonlord Silumgar is not as awesome as his younger self (Silumgar, the Drifting Death) but a great tempo swing in a game.
