This is the fabled and rare mill commander deck. We use the best commander out there, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, in order to hit and mill huge amounts of cards. There are also tons of support cards that give Mirko even more evasion in order to hit the opponents, and there are also a ton of creatures who can also ping our opponents and draw us cards like Shadowmage Infiltrator. There is also great synergy between shroud and cipher because Mirko can have shroud and still be encoded with a cipher card like Midnight Recovery. If you want to see the frustration on your friends' faces when you keep milling their deck and they can't do anything because you enchanted Mirko with a Robe of Mirrors then this is the deck for you.
