A sort of budget EDH deck built mostly around a spell copy theme with the eventual take down being Pako, Arcane Retriever. As long as he sticks he can become quite big, I have included some extra combat spells such as World at War but i wanted to stay a bit away from that theme and push a more spell copy and value based deck as extra combats can become very tedious.

Strategy

The main strategy is to do what green does and ramp using Enter the Unknown + Explore . This extra mana can be used to play out the expensive "set up" enchantments such as Sunbird's Invocation, Swarm Intelligence to create more value when we are casting the copy spells. The idea is to chain the copy spells off of each other Doublecast + Howl of the Horde into large damage spells such as Comet Storm or to push value such as Karn's Temporal Sundering aswell as extra combats. Pako itself can be quite a hard hitter especially using Aqueous Form ect to push commander damage through to the enemy, this tends to be the way to close out games but pako does get a target on its head very easily.
