Maybeboard

So this is Midrange Burn. I wouldn't call it Big Red, but it's kind of in the same vein... Maybe a distant cousin? Idk.

Gameplan

You basically burn out everything that hits their side of the field, set up Panharmonicon and maybe even burn their facehole a bit too. Then, in the later game bring all the burn back to super burn their facehole til they die. Unfortunately deciding whether to dome them with a burn spell, or to burn out their creatures is a very thin line to walk. It's not the easiest deck to play, but it is pretty fun.

Burn

Shock - Use as you see fit. It's really ok to 2-for-1 something if it gets it off the field. It's really ok to shock someone in the face as well if nothing's going on.

Galvanic Bombardment - Play if at all possible. It kills things. You want things killed.

Incendiary Flow - Very underappreciated card. See a Scrapheap Scrounger? You won't ever see it again! Burn out key creatures, or dome them. Whichever. It puts in work against the Scrounger tho.

Collective Defiance - Usually you'll pay 4 to burn out a creature as well as hit them for 3.

Fiery Temper - Don't be afraid to bite the bullet and burn a creature for 3 mana at the end of their turn. Is still very useful without madness.

Card Draw

Tormenting Voice - It's a very needed card in this deck. We very much need to draw cards and this gets us there.

Sin Prodder - RESOLVE THIS CARD AT ALL COSTS. People don't seem to realize that it's pretty much the lynch pin of this deck and will generally overlook it. You NEED the card draw it provides, or the burn it provides. I'd say about 75% of the time it's doing something good for you. Menace is also a fairly unappreciated ability. Card is solid here.

Set Up and Finishers

Panharmonicon - If you were going to trim the deck this card goes first. It combos with Goblin Dark-Dwellers and Combustible Gearhulk very nicely but since it does nothing when it comes into play more often than not I'll pass it up to play other stuff.

Goblin Dark-Dwellers - GREAT CARD. Does everything we want to do here. It brings back burn/draw power, it makes another menace swinger. It's good. RIDICULOUS WITH PANHARMONICON.

Combustible Gearhulk - It works. It's pretty great to see on Sin Prodder's upkeep ability, and I don't mind if they make us pitch it for 6 damage. It's also a 6/6 First Strike body that either burns them or draws us into cards that burn them. It probably could be cut for more burn, but it fits fairly well.

Chandra, Flamecaller - Fantastic card. Drop it in and boardwipe. Drop it in and draw +1 to what you had. Drop it in and swing 6 damage. Very good stabilizer. Also, it's nice to see with a Sin Prodder. Worst case she'll burn them for 6 if they send her to grave.

Sideboard

Sorry the board isn't quite complete because I haven't tested it with the black mana, but I splashed black in it so I could blow up creatures unconditionally. I'll have to see what direction I can take it.

Burn from Within - Is nice for some additional burn to the face. It's not even funny how many times I've been 6-7 away and could only burn for 5-6 >.> Also, it hasn't come up, but it's possible to just burn away big creatures. Mostly was put in to finish them.

Galvanic Bombardment - For aggro.

Unlicensed Disintegration - I'd assume it's nice to have unconditional removal, but I have yet to test out this side board.

Weaver of Lightning - I needed the reach against Heart of Kiran. Was originally in there for Smuggler's Copter but... well I don't need to worry about that anymore lol.

And that's all folks. Thanks for checking this list out.

Final placing of 2-3 (6-7 overall record)

Round 1: 0-2 against Mardu Vehicles

I couldn't really outburn the Heart of Kiran, and he kept Shocking my Sin Prodders. FYI: Sin Prodder is a pretty important part of the deck, I need to draw cards lol. I got close both games, but ultimately lost. Womp womp lol.

Round 2: 1-2 against Temur Emerge

I probably shouldn't have lost against this guy, cuz all 3 games he gave me more than enough time to set up and start burning him directly, but I kept top decking lands >.> not complaining, I just don't usually get flooded, so I was kinda surprised.

Round 3: 2-0 against my opponent dropped and didn't tell anyone

Free win, but I played the guy who got the actual buy, and beat him 2-0...so... idk. I beat U/W Spirits even tho it wasn't official lol.

Round 4: 2-1 against U/B The new ensol-artifact

I let him stick a couple really little artifacts and chose to just burn him to the face, then he slapped the enchantment on them to make them 5/5s and beat me to death. So the next few games I didn't let him stick artifacts and beat him to death with my menace monsters.

Round 5: 1-2 against Temur Aetherworks Marvel

First game I got lucky cuz he Marveled into another Marvel, and then into harness-lightning. So... that was nice for me lol. Next game I wasn't so lucky and he Marveled into a World Breaker, and eventually beat me to death with it. Then the final one he Marveled into Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. No bueno lol. He had the green puzzleknot to keep his life up too. It was all bad for me lol.

My buddy went on and won the entire thing with his homebrew, so on top of just having a good time myself and him winning it was a great Game Day lol.
