As soon as I saw Waste Not, I knew I had to build this. Getting ahold of the Thoughtseizes was a pain because I normally hate playing black due to how unfair and/or cruel it feels sometimes, so I didn't have any from last Standard.

This deck though...this makes you feel like an evil genius! Look at all that removal! And those win-cons! Doomwake Giant kills stuff just by existing! Resolute Archangel rips every little ounce of hope from an opponent just when they feel they have you! Meanwhile, Liliana Vess is sitting there...waiting...plotting to steal every creature you haven't Utterly Ended!

We're thinking about enlisting the Abzan and their seige rhino s into our evil masterwork, but this currently exceeds our budget compared to the potential gains.

EVIL Sideboard Plan:1x Drown in Sorrow for those puny aggro mages who try to swarm the board.

3x Despise for when Seizing their Thoughts isn't enough!

3x Nyx-Fleece Ram for when we feel like we're dying, because we don't like dying.

4x Pharika's Cure MORE REMOVAL!

2x Sign in Blood for when other control mages think their blue mana is the only way to draw cards.

1x Revoke Existence because the man says we can't play 5 copies of Utter End.

1x Utter End because 4 of them are nice...no...naughty...
