Shaun McLaren, Wafo-Tapa, Ben Stark, and Patrick Chapin would be proud I hope. I've been playing UWR Control since 2013 and have changed and adjusted and studied and learned about the different ways to approach building UW/x and similarly I have researched a lot about how UR Tempo based want to operate. So I haven't played much Dimir, Orzhov, Grixis, or Esper. Black is something that i do enjoy and can see the power level in a lot of different black spells my favorite black spell in modern being Thoughtseize lol. In this list i basically wanted to be as light on the black splash as possible, but having access to cards like kolaghan's command, terminate, and crackling doom seem to be the right way to construct control in the current state of modern.
