Pauper UG Infect!
Hit em hard and fast, aiming for T3/T4 kills. Mono Green is slightly faster and more consistent for short games, but blue helps in consistency when the meta supports longer games (unblockable, card draw, control options).
Changes from current paper list:
+3 rancor, need more buffs, trample is important, and bounces back to hand.
Move 1x Apostle's blessing to sideboard
-1 blight mamba - you just don't need that many creatures, this the worst one
+2 distortion strike, don't forget about the rebound!
-3 islands, you're playing one too many lands, and forests are way more important T1/T2
+1 evolving wilds, adds more consistency. You might actually want 2 of these.
+1 khalni garden, this card might look terrible at a glance, but it gives a chump blocker and is critical against monoblack control. We'll play one in mainboard, and one in sideboard.
+1 Groundswell, you need more buffs to finish out games. Can hold up evolving wilds to help trigger.
+2 larger than life, similar to titanic growth but are sorc speed, but gives trample
-1 Titanic Growth, the trample from larger than life is usually more important than instant speed, but we want some of both. This and larger than life are probably your weakest cards.
-1 Ponder, ponder and preordain is just a bit slow. Still playing 2 of each. Too bad Gitaxian Probe is banned.

+1 Khalni Garden against Mono Black Control
+1 Apostle's Blessing against heavy removal
+x Gut Shot against x/1 toughness matters decks (elves, infect, etc.)
+x nature's claim against affinity and other artifact/enchant matters decks.
+2 Relic of Progenitus against reanimator, tron, and other graveyard matters decks
+1 spell pierce against combo, control, etc
+2 Weather the Storm against Burn and other quick aggro decks
