This is a prototype for building a pure B/U Delver deck. The idea is to drop the delver on the battlefield and proceed to prevent removal or opponent win-cons. Since a lot of Legacy archetypes depend on sorcery win-conditions, I thought Dimir Charm provided a unique way of mitigating risk. In addition, it can foil Divining Top Shenanigans. Sygg, River Cutthroat also provides card advantage once Delver gets off the ground.

I recognize that Force of Will should eventually be included here, but outside of that, I'm open for suggestions. This is my first attempt at brewing Legacy.

In addition, I would like to shake things up a bit with some cards people don't see too often.
