Howdy folks. This Marchesa deck has a wizard sub-theme which is quite potent. The goal of this deck is to lower everyone's life totals while playing out creatures and getting +1/+1 counters on all your dudes. Try to get a sacrifice outlet on the board to really perform fun shenanigans. In case you are new to Marchesa, if she has a +1/+1 counter on herself when she dies, she comes back at the beginning of the end step as well as every other creature you had out that died at the same time as her. So getting +1/+1 counters on your creatures while Marchesa is out makes them immune to most board wipes since they will just come back at the beginning of the next end step. This can be abused with a sacrifice outlet and either Sage of Fables, or unspeakable symbol to sacrifice creatures on your opponents turns, then they come back at the beginning of that player's end step with a +1/+1 counter, or you can put one on the creature after it comes back with unspeakable symbol. This lets you do fun things like sacrifice alchemist's apprentice during each opponents turn to draw a card, or use flayer of the hate bound to deal direct damage to opponents or their creatures on their turns as well as your own. This deck can be quite nasty with the right hand. It has some elements of control but is mostly aggro. Happy gaming.
