Mill has always been a delight, but I, unfortunately, play giant multiplayer games with my friends. When it comes to multiplayer Mill is high on the target list next to the Eldrazi guy, and the Poison player.
To play mill at that level you have to be able to deal serious damage in one turn, hell totally milling someone out on turn one would be even better...
Ghost Quarter or Path to Exile with a lucky hand of 4 Archive Traps does just that. Worse case Trapmaker's Snare gets that combo (or more of that combo) into your hand should you have one of the other ingredients. Even if it's just one trap, 13 cards is nothing that can be laughed off and delaying a turn for another is even better.
For Turn by turn mill power you've got by far the most lethal mill cards with Glimpse the Unthinkable and Breaking. Both can have unlimited cast via a Isochron Scepter so slap down whatever is available. Startled Awake
also has a built in endless cast system, ensuring hard hitting mill every turn. With these cards it's easy to trigger Visions of Beyond and in a MAJOR PINCH, that can be thrown onto Isochron to ensure a steady flow of cards.
If creatures are what you draw Hedron Crab + Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
can do some respectable numbers, with Manic Scribe joining in on the fun to get a consistent 6 card bleed even when mana bricked. Do note that Polluted Delta pings the crab twice.
God help the poor soul you slap Fraying Sanity on.
With this, I may not win, but others WILL LOSE
One on one? This deck is fantastic, fairly consistent mill out by turn 4
