Sorry, I tried coming up with a clever title, but just really couldn't think of anything. This is a token deck, and there are several possible strategies:
Butcher of the Horde - Want to win? Use a token produced by Raise the Alarm, Hordeling Outburst, Mardu Hordechief, or Elspeth, Sun's Champion to give the Butcher different abilities. Put Butcher out and immediately attack with it by sacrificing a token to give it haste; if you are on the brink of death give it lifelink and prolong the game; if your opponent has a lot of creatures out, give Butcher vigilance. Given that Butcher also has flying, it is easily the most versatile card in this deck, and all three of its abilities can definitely change the course of the game.
Ankle Shanker - Can't get Butcher onto the board, or want to spice things up a bit? Shanker can do just that! It is a 2/2 with haste and costs 5 mana. Not worth it you say?!? But wait, there's more! It has haste and gives all of your other creatures first strike and deathtouch EVERY time it attacks, making it too risky for your opponent to block, and they will be forced to deal with it as soon as possible. Little do they know, however, that there are 3 more in the deck! Mwuhahaha. Just kidding. They probably guessed as much. But still, it is a great card that can definitely turn the tide of the game in your favor.
Wingmate Roc - A card that gives you two 3/4 flying creatures for the price of one, and gives you an incentive to attack each turn (as if the thought of winning weren't enough!), since it gives you life for each of your attacking creatures.
Mardu Ascendancy and Goblinslide - Even more tokens! You will soon run out of space if you can get these cards into play! Ascendancy gives you a 1/1 goblin token for each nontoken creature you attack with, easily overwhelming the adversary. Goblinslide lets you pay 1 mana whenever you cast a noncreature spell, and this deck's got plenty of those.
Sorceries, Instants, and Enchantments - Hordeling Outburst and Raise the Alarm give you all the tokens you could possibly want. Dictate of Heliod makes those tokens (and other creatures) even better! If your opponent thought a bunch of 1/1s were bad, s/he will not be happy when they become 3/3s after you flash this card in. Crackling Doom, Murderous Cut, and Lightning Strike help control the board state.
Sideboard - Does your opponent keep bringing annoying cards back into the game? Get rid of them with Suspension Field and Utter End. Is your opponent also playing a token deck? No problem. Sideboard in Arc Lightning and Barrage of Boulders to get rid of their tokens while not losing a single one of yours. If they are playing cards that give -1/-1 to all of your tokens, never fear! Just put in Valley Dasher.
