Sideboard

I built an older budget version primarily based off of MTG Goldfish's Suicide Black deck when I started Magic and got around to updating it. It's still missing some cards (fetchlands, sideboard) but is functionally complete.

The deck uses creatures and effective removal to clear the board and attack or keep a board long enough to win with Kalitas or Gary. It's perfectly reasonable to have Grey Merchant swing the game for six to ten life. Pack rats mixed with Bloodghast to grow the board, then use land to get back your creature. You can also make Kalitas' effect recursive using the same logic. Pack Rats also makes drawing a late game Thoughtseize or Inquisition less painful as we can discard it away. Dash Hopes is used to either let us tempo to turn three or force our opponent to lose a quarter of their life, since turn two doesn't have a lot of action I enjoy the card. I can't find any two drop in Mono B to really fill the role well enough.
