Starting to put together a UR Tempo Canadian Highlander list... Idea is to have a pretty aggressive start with cheap creatures and spells (and creatures that care about spells) that can also transition into a bit of a longer game.

6/11/19 Update

Dropping Ancestral Recall for budget reasons. This way I can actually create the deck for paper tournaments. That frees up a lot of points to work with. Using the room to add Mana Drain (1), Mystical Tutor (2), Spellseeker (1), and Strip Mine (2).

That involves a few more cuts for some of the weaker cards.
