This deck pretty much speak on itself. If everything goes as planned, on turn 3 you can cast Through the Breach and put Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Worldspine Wurm on the battlefield. Also if Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle is on play and you have 4 Mountains, you may cast Through the Breach and play Primeval Titan in order to get 4 Mountain drops dealing 12 damage with Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle or even play Scapeshift to sacrifice either 6 or 7 lands and fetch 1 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle with 5 Mountains to deal 15 damage or if you're at 7 lands get 2 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle and 5 Mountains to deal 30 damage.

In the sideboard I included cards that would go well for any match up, from Dredge, to Death's Shadow or even Affinity.
