A budget modern deck I'm working on. Used to be green/white, but with a few suggestions, I made it mono-white. Relies on flicking a few creatures for massive value, as well as some board hate to overwhelm opponents.

edit: Recently made some changes that pumped the deck above 50 dollars in budget, but I think these choices are worth it, as they add a lot more solidarity and utility. The deck is now around 100 or so dollars, turning it from ultra budget to budget. Of course, not all the cards in this deck are irreplaceable, for instance you could take out Leonin Arbiter and add in some more Aven Mindcensor and maybe a couple of Fiend Hunter instead, but I'll be getting paid soon so this is what my deck will look like come fnm.

Suggestions are welcome- still trying to decide on budget options in the sideboard.
