Merfolk Tribal Chulane

I'm looking for some advice to make this deck a little more competitive. I love the merfolk tribe so I decided to throw this commander deck together. I've only had the opportunity to play this 1v1 and it's been getting wrecked. In multiplayer it might be different. Just some advice on what to include and take out. I have a bunch of cards in my maybe board that could potentially be inserted. Let me and ahead of time thank you!

Combos:

Intruder Alarm + Stonybrook Schoolmaster on battlefield using a Kumena, azami, Survivor's Encampment will generate infinite 1/1 merfolk tokens.

Intruder Alarm + Rootwater Hunter Using Kumena, Azami, Survivor's Encampment, Ping infinite times with Rootwater Hunters tap ability.

Intruder Alarm + Kiora's Follower + Survivor's Encampment + Stonybrook Schoolmaster infinite colorless mana
