This is an alternative to my Bruna, Light of Alabaster decks. While there are very good auras in azorius colors, you miss some of the best when you're not playing green. Also, a commander that costs only three mana and draws you cards can really help you get started. Tuvasa the Sunlit also gets +1/+1 for every enchantment you control, which lets her easily reach 21 power when combined with auras that also give her power.

To prevent Tuvasa from getting removed, there is the standard package for hexproof, indestructible and counterspells. In case she dies, the first recast is only five mana, which is acceptable. If a lot of auras got lost this way you can cast Retether or Bruna, Light of Alabaster to recover them.

Most of the creatures either reduce the cost for casting enchantments or draw cards when you cast an enchantment or aura card. This way, you can easily go through your deck and find the auras you need to boost Tuvasa to 21 power and find answers to things your opponents are doing.

To make the most out of Tuvasa's draw ability, which specifies that you have to draw a card whenever you cast your first enchantment each turn, I put in cards that give flash to auras or enchantments: Sigarda's Aid and Leyline of Anticipation. This way, if you have multiple enchantments or auras in your hand, you can cast one in your turn and one in each opponent's turn to draw a card every turn.

Have fun!
