So far the playtesting on this deck has been absolutely amazing. With the new releases I could not resist creating a new fun and downright dirty mono-black devotion deck.

• SO many black mana symbols for Gary drops (and redrops with Whip)
• Exploitable maneuvers with Whip of Erebos and Priest of the Blood Rite getting a 5/5 Demon at the top of your curve and being able to whip it back for another when the priest dies.
• Not only can creatures generally attack with more confidence with Liliana, Heretical Healer   but if she's whipped back and a creature dies her flicker effect will put her on the battlefield permanently as a Planeswalker as opposed to going to exile due to replacement effect rule.
• All the old faves, Thoughtseize Hero's Downfall and Read the Bones along with some newer additions such as Demonic Pact
