This deck focuses on utilizing Mikaeus, the Lunarch to pump the artifact and mono-white creatures with +1/+1 counters! There's a lot of utility that comes from the card effects with a decent amount of draw power from Mangara, the Diplomat, Etched Oracle, Mindless Automaton, and several others, try and utilize the mana ramp from Caged Sun, Extraplanar Lens, and Gauntlet of Power to its greatest potential. I added these 3 just to ensure that at least one got onto the field and with the amount of artifact recursion it is very likely that at least one will stay on the field. You can utilize Enlightened Tutor to pull at least one of them relatively early, or any other important artifact in the deck if you need. I tried to run as many basic lands as possible as these help the mana ramp cards the most. One of the more significant drawbacks is a certain lack of removal, but cards like Shinewend, Triskelion, Walking Ballista, and the exile cards should help with that, at least to some extent.
